Whole-System Strategy Sessions are educational appointments for clients who want a deeper conversation about health patterns, wellness goals, recovery support, and natural options.
These sessions are especially helpful for clients who are not sure where to begin, have several concerns, or want to identify the best focus for future Cellular Therapy sessions.
Sessions may include iridology, homeopathy, essential oils, flower essences, nutritional education, hydration support, mineral support, herbal education, lifestyle guidance, product recommendations, and personalized wellness planning.

Bodywork & Flow
Bodywork & Flow is a 75-minute hands-on session designed to support movement, relaxation,
lymphatic flow, nervous system regulation, and
whole-body balance.
This single session length allows time to arrive, settle in, receive the therapy, and leave without feeling rushed. Rather than asking clients to choose from a long list of separate bodywork appointments, the session is customized based on goals, needs, and what the body is presenting that day.
Sessions may include reflexology, stretching, lymphatic support, biomagnet pairing therapy, Raindrop Therapy, focused bodywork, or a combination of supportive techniques.

Important Notes
Biomagnet Pairing Therapy fits under Bodywork & Flow and requires at least 60 minutes. The 75-minute session length allows enough time for this work without needing a separate booking category.
Raindrop Therapy and lymphatic-focused sessions also fit well within the 75-minute Bodywork & Flow structure.

the appointment and help clients make informed choices at home.
The goal is not to overwhelm clients with products, but to help them choose what is most aligned with their current needs and goals.
Before Your Session
Please share any relevant health history before your appointment, including pregnancy, active cancer or suspicious lesions, photosensitive medications, implanted electronic devices, epilepsy or light sensitivity, recent procedures, open wounds, essential oil sensitivities, or other medical concerns.
For magnet-based work, please disclose pacemakers, implanted medical devices, or other contraindications before scheduling.

Children, Parents & Family Support
